CSIFNS Annul General Meeting May 24, 2015

Dear CSIFNS members,

You are invited to CSIFNS Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with Board of Directors’ election on May 24, 2015. This event is open to public. The CSIFNS members’ contribution in BOD’s election is essential to hold the event.  The members who are not able to attend, would kindly forward your proxy which is attached to this email to info<at>csifns.ca or csifns <at>gamil.com.

If you are interested to join next BOD or responsible for any of the committees, please note that you must be a paid member of CSIFNS for the past 2 years to be eligible for candidacy of positions stated below:

Board Members:

-President

-Vice President 

-Secretary (Responsible Person should have adequate computer knowledge)

-Treasurer 

 Committees’ Chairperson: 

– Nutritional Sciences & Dietetic 

-Food Science & Quality Assurance

 -Education, Publication and Public Affairs (Responsible Person should have adequate computer knowledge)

2:00pm 2:30pm– Registration and networking

2:30 pm-3:15 pm– BOD Reports including President, Secretary, Treasurer

3:15 pm-4:00 pm– New BOD & Chairs’ Election
