Course Objectives:
FSSC 22000 allows companies that achieve FSSC 22000 certification to meet the requirements of several global retailers or major branded food companies under a single, internationally recognized food safety management system. Upon successful completion, you will gain an overview of the scheme and its standards and understand the requirements to consistently maintain your FSSC 22000 system.
FSSC 22000-compliant food safety system is a GFSI- recognized food safety management system, in accordance with ISO 22000:2005 and ISO/TS 22002-1:2009.
Prerequisites: It is desirable, but not essential, for attendees to have some knowledge of basic food safety and quality management systems.
Who Should Attend:
Food safety managers; quality assurance, quality control or regulatory affairs managers; department supervisors; implementation teams; and anyone interested in gaining insight into the requirements of an FSSC 22000-complaint food safety management system
