Notice of CSIFNS Annual General Meeting in conjunction with a Public Seminar

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND? The Annual Meeting is your opportunity to hear what CSIFNS has done, what it plans to do, and express your views. You are encouraged to attend and exercise your basic membership rights.
WHO MAY ATTEND? All CSIFNS members are eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting.
WHO MAY VOTE? Any CSIFNS Member
WHO CAN BE A CANDIDATE? ANY CSIFNS Member in good standing may candidate herself/himself. The Candidates must be "In good standing" means simply that your 2007 membership fees have been paid and the payment has been deposited and cleared. A membership status review will take place prior to the meeting. Membership form is available on line at www.csifns.ca.
WHAT ABOUT PROXIES? If you cannot attend the meeting, you may assign your proxy to any other voting member or the CSIFNS President or VP. It helps ensure quorum at the meeting. Please see attached Proxy form. Please see attached proxy form.
