The Annual Meeting is your opportunity to hear what CSIFNS has done, what it plans to do, and express your views. You are encouraged to attend and exercise your basic membership rights. WHO MAY ATTEND? All CSIFNS members are eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting. Only 2009 good standing members can vote WHO CAN BE A CANDIDATE? ANY CSIFNS Member in good standing may candidate herself/himself. The Candidates must be "In good standing" means simply that your 2009 membership fees have been paid. A membership status review will take place prior to the meeting. Membership form is available on line at www.csifns.ca. www.csifns.ca/documents/CSIFNS-Registration-Form.pdf WHAT ABOUT PROXIES? If you cannot attend the meeting, you may assign your proxy to any other voting member or the CSIFNS President or VP. It helps ensure quorum at the meeting. Please see attached Proxy form.
